BURNS NIGHT at the Earl! On Saturday January 25th Gengelly’s will be serving up haggis, neeps & tatties. A selection of Single Malt Whiskies and cans of Irn Bru will also be available at the bar. Wasted Space will be playing a Scottish New Wave & Punk set from 9pm. Get yourselves booked in!

Music is a big part of who we are at the Earl of Derby. Our jukebox can be found in the heart of the pub which contains curated CDs including some good old pub classics. Then every Friday and Saturday we turn the lights down low and have our own resident DJs play us into the night.

WINE WEDNESDAYS is your midweek motive – all red wines by the bottle at House Wine price! Every Wednesday, 5pm – 8pm. El vino will flow. Every first Wednesday of the month from 8pm it’s KARAOKE NIGHT. Get those vocal chords warmed up and dust off the choreo. Then every third Wednesday of the month it’s the Earl of Derby NOVELLA BOOK CLUB. Hosted by Sam of the award winning Burley Fisher Books, it starts at 8pm upstairs. Ask at the bar what this months book is!

Thursday night is Negroni night as it’s £5 NEGRONI’S from 5pm – 8pm, la dolce vita indeed! Live music, comedy or DJs on from 8pm.
